Crochet is my main craft. I do it all the time and I love it. So when given the chance to review some items from Leisure Arts the first thing I chose was a crochet ePattern and some yarn!

I love the crocodile stitch and decided to go with the Crocodile Stitch Circular Vest ePattern by Bonita Patterns. It took me a long time to decide on what yarn to use for this project. I finally decided on Vanna’s Choice Yarn because it has the most color options and chose White, Silvery Grey and Charcoal Grey as my colors.

This is a picture of the project from the Leisure Art’s website:

It took me almost 4 weeks but I did it and here is my vest:

Sorry for the blurry pic of me wearing the best below. I asked my daughter to take pictures of me wearing the vest and this is the best one.

The pattern is very easy to follow and comes in many sizes. I made my vest in a size small. Vanna’s Choice yarn is soft and fluffy which made the vest very thick and warm which is exactly what I wanted. Even though it took me a long time to make I am very happy with how the vest turned out and I will definitely be wearing it out and about this Winter.

Now it is time to start on a new crochet project!

I'd love to hear what you think!
