Finished the blanket!!!

I have not received any compensation for writing this post. I have no material connection to the brands, products, or services that I have mentioned.

Just like my daughter says “All DONE!” The finished blanket measures 40″ x 50″ made with Super Bulky Hometown USA in Billings Chocolate. I used the Speed Hook Shell Afghan pattern from Lion Brand Yarn’s website.

If you are interested in a custom blanket or any other crochet items please check out my website The Steady Hand. There is a contact tab there if you need to get a hold of me with any questions.

Now I get to start on a custom Visor Beanie for the winner of the Mama Made USA 1,000 fan Giveaway on facebook.

Thanks for your nice comment about my rope necklace — hard to know whether they will sell, but they're sure are fun to make!
Your work here is so elegant. I can't imagine how long it must have taken to do. The last time I tried crochet was 7 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child, and it was a very crooked disaster!

Thank you Sandra! It does take a while but for the results it is worth it! I also started crocheting when I was pregnant…I just got addicted to it after that!

I'd love to hear what you think!
