Ever heard of Llama Poo Paper? Well I found an Etsy Shop that makes and sells just that, Fox Hill Llamas!

At the Fox Hill Llamas Etsy Shop you can find an assortment of handmade items including llama poo paper, llama fiber paper, handmade recycled paper, bird nesters & more. Nichelle, the maker behind Fox Hill Llama, lives in Western Australia about an hour south of Perth and she is a mother of three. Her family keeps a herd of llamas – animals she fell in love with as a child. She has been paper-making since she was about 8 years old and loves to make use of any materials available. The store was opened after she decided to add sanitized llama manure to her paper-making.

Here is a picture of her Handmade Llama Poo Notepaper.

The paper is textured on one side and flat pressed on the other for writing, stamping, etc.. The paper is unique and hand formed with a mold and deckle. Once dry, the paper is scored by hand and torn to create these little sheets of note paper. Fox Hill’s Handmade Llama Poo Paper is created by combining sanitized llama manure with recycled paper. This paper is sure to create interesting conversation, especially with children 🙂 The thought of sending Grandma or Granddad some ‘poo’ always creates a giggle.

They also have Llama Poo Paper Business Cards. This product was a 2016 Etsy Awards Finalist!

How cool is that?

Please don’t get discouraged from purchasing from Nichelle’s shop just because she is located in Australia. Yes the shipping costs are a little higher but her products are so unique and special that I think the costs are definitely worth it. She does have a small quantity of items that have free shipping domestically and internationally. Most of her items ship at cost because it is fairer to you than increasing each item to cover the cost of shipping. She will refund any excess shipping paid and can often fit multiple items into the shipping weight brackets. The decision to separate the cost of shipping is the fairest and most honest method she can have for shipping both domestically and internationally. Please send her a message and ask any questions you may have about shipping costs, especially for multiple items.

I'd love to hear what you think!
