It’s been kind of tough for my husband since he found out that he can’t have gluten. But I’ve been trying my hardest to make sure that I fix stuff that’s okay for my husband and the rest of my family to eat. There have been some of his favorite foods that are a little different now and I wanted to make a gluten free version of one of those, crepes. I thought it would be a really great way to show him how much I appreciate him on Valentine’s Day.
I got up really early on the morning before Valentine’s Day so that I would have even more time to get all of the crepes ready. I found a recipe online that sounded simple enough and when I was looking for that, I came across some info about and decided to get wild blue for our home internet access.
Our gluten free crepes turned out pretty well! I couldn’t really tell the difference between them and ones with gluten in them. I also set out a bunch of toppings for the kids to use, some of which weren’t safe for my husband to use though.
