This book covers weight loss and fitness for women over 50. First off, let me just say (although I am sure many of you know) I am not over 50 years old. I am more than halfway there but not that close. Still you never know what information you can find in a book!
When I think of a woman over 50 the first person that comes to mind is my mother-in-law. I don’t know her exact age but I do know that she looks great for her age. (And no I am not just saying that to get MIL points. LOL) She has always taken great care of herself and I hope that I look that good when I get to her age as well.
In this new book from Chicken Soup for the Soul there are inspirational stories and helpful tips to look and feel fabulous for women over 50. Reading the stories in this book can help you get motivated and give you the support you need to continue on. Other than stories you can find helpful tips on how to get started with your weight and fitness goals, how to manage menopause symptoms through exercise and nutrition, how to stop negative thinking, how to stop emotional eating and much more!
This would be a great read for any woman over the age of 50 that needs a little boost and support with getting healthier and loosing weight! Thank you to Chicken Soup for the Soul for sending me this book to review.
