Thank you to Chicken Soup for the Soul for sending me their latest book, Think Positive for Great Health, to review!
This book is all about using your mind to promote your own healing and wellness. It is very common to find ourselves depressed when we get sick. Whether it is a cold that won’t go away or finding out that you have a very serious illness. Just because we get sick doesn’t mean that life doesn’t go on and your life doesn’t have to be all about being sick or getting better.
This book as some great tips on how to reduce stress & anxiety, increase hope and optimism and how to take charge of your healthcare. You can read real-life stories (from people like you) that have healthcare problems and how they have conquered their fears and not let their sickness rule their life. There is always hope and having a better outlook on life makes everyone feel better. I think this would be a great read for anyone who is ill or has found out that they have healthcare problems.
This book retails for $9.95 and is available for purchase at Amazon.com, Amazon. ca and Barnes & Noble.
