Thank you to Shoplet.com & Esselte for sending me these wonderful office supplies to review. I try to keep my craft office and my husband’s work office in our home as organized as possible. Between the important documents, tax paperwork, my blog and Etsy shop expenses and paperwork we are always in need of supplies and items to help keep everything from getting out of control. As long as you use the right items you can have an organized office and easily find what you are looking for. Getting there is the hard part!
I received the Pendaflex Divide It Up File Folder, Esselte Copysafe File Jacket, Pendaflex Ready-Tab Lift Tab Reinforced Hanging Folders and the Ampad Project Planner. Of these, I only have to pick 3 to review so continue reading to see which ones I chose!
The first item I chose to review is the Pendaflex Divide It Up File Folder.
I received 1 red file folder. These are sold for $9.03/pack which includes 12 file folders. Each folder can hold up to 175 sheets of paper.
As you can see, each folder has 3 sections to organize your paperwork. You can label the file folder itself and then label each sub-section. That is my favorite feature. I like to use this to keep my daughter’s school paperwork in order. I keep her registration forms in one section, health documents in another and school supply list in the last one. Makes it so much easier to keep her stuff organized and I can easily file it in my file cabinet.
The 2nd item that I chose to review are the Pendaflex Ready-Tab Lift Tab Reinforced Hanging Folders.
I received 5 Hanging File Folders. These are sold for $24.81 per box. Each box contains 25 hanging folders. What makes these hanging folders so special is their built-in lift tabs.
You don’t have to worry about adding those flimsy tabs to these file folders! They are already there. Just pull up the tab you want to use, write directly on the tab or use the stickers provided to label them and you are all set. I was very excited about these hanging folders because with the regular ones that I use I get so tired of the labels falling out or the plastic tabs coming off all together. Not to mention they don’t even stand up straight most of the time. These hanging folders are the best and make your file cabinet look so pretty!
The 3rd item I chose to review is the Ampad Project Planner.
This daily planner sells for $6.03 each, $5.79 each if you buy 4+. A portion of the profits of each purchase benefits breast cancer research and education. It contains 84 microperforated (makes it easy to tear out) sheets.
I tried to take a picture of the sheet inside but I know that it isn’t the clear. Each page has an entry for Page No., Prepared By, Date, Project Action Notes and the Project Planning Notes. The lines are numbered which makes it easy to refer back to each note. I don’t have a lot of projects but I do plan on using this notebook to keep track of my To-Do Lists, Blogging Events that I sign up for, Etsy Tracking lists and more.
Thanks again to Shoplet.com & Esselte for letting me review these great products!
